Product description: AVIONIC CORROSION PREVENTIVE (MIL-PRF-81309H TYPE II & III CLASS 1)

ZI-CHEM ZC-026防腐剂有如下特点:

一、排水,不流挂的触变薄膜,高穿透力,快干不粘膜

二、低VOC,> 2000小时盐雾

三、可检测胶片,无裂纹和剥落至-40°F(-40°C)

四、可去除溶剂,高固含量> 51%

五、极低的干膜重量<1 mil才能达到规格要求

► A medium to heavy duty water displacing, thin film, corrosion preventive compound

► Protects electrical connectors from corroding

► Prevents disruption contact between connectors

► Prevents corrosion in the harshest environments

► The cured film of ZC-026 can withstand temperatures as low as -55°C (-67°F) and as high as 85°C (185°F) continuously

► Does not harm most paints, plastic, or insulation

► Protects cables and surfaces as well as other interior and exterior aircraft surfaces

► Can be used for initial protection during shipment and storage and for in-service treatment of critical areas

► Provides superior protection to avionic connectors and components and has lubricating properties to prevent fretting corrosion
